The important stuff,
kept simple.
This page explains how Blessing Headlights handles customer information, appointments, service expectations, cancellations, and other basic policies.
Privacy Policy
When you book with Blessing Headlights, I collect only the information needed to manage your appointment and provide the service.
Information collected
Your name, email address, phone number, service address, vehicle information, appointment details, and any notes you provide during booking.
How it is used
Your information is used to schedule and manage your restoration, contact you about your appointment, provide customer support, and maintain basic business records.
Your information is not sold
Blessing Headlights does not sell, rent, or trade customer information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Service providers
Some information may be processed through trusted services used to operate the website and booking system, such as hosting, email delivery, maps, and database providers.
Questions about your information
If you want to ask what information is stored about you or request that information be corrected or deleted where appropriate, contact me directly.
Service Terms
Headlight restoration can dramatically improve the appearance and clarity of a lens, but every headlight begins in a different condition.
Results vary
Final results depend on the age, material, previous damage, oxidation level, internal condition, and overall condition of the headlight lens.
Restoration is not replacement
The service is intended to restore the exterior lens surface. It does not repair cracked lenses, broken housings, damaged internal components, moisture inside the assembly, electrical problems, or defects located behind the exterior lens.
Severe damage
Some headlights may have permanent staining, crazing, deep cracking, internal haze, or other damage that cannot be fully corrected through an exterior restoration.
UV protection
UV protection is applied after restoration to help protect the finished lens from future sun exposure and oxidation.
Protection lifespan
Any stated protection lifespan, including wording such as “up to 1 year” or “up to 3 years,” describes the expected or manufacturer-stated potential lifespan under appropriate conditions. It is not a guarantee that every application will last for that exact period.
Vehicle access
The vehicle must be safely accessible at the scheduled location with enough surrounding space to perform the restoration.
Appointments & Scheduling
I try to keep scheduling flexible and straightforward.
Appointment confirmation
A booking request is not considered fully confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Blessing Headlights.
Arrival timing
Mobile service involves driving between customers, so small timing variations can occasionally happen. If I expect a meaningful delay, I’ll contact you.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, reply to your booking email or contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations
If you can no longer make your appointment, please give as much notice as reasonably possible so the time can be made available to someone else.
Missed appointments
If the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, or the appointment cannot be performed when I arrive, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Weather
Because Blessing Headlights is mobile, weather can occasionally affect whether a restoration can be performed safely and properly.
Weather-related rescheduling
Rain, heavy wind, extreme heat, or other conditions that interfere with the restoration or UV protection application may require the appointment to be moved.
No penalty for weather
If I need to reschedule because of weather or unsafe working conditions, we’ll simply find another time that works.
Questions?
If anything here is unclear, just reach out. I’d rather answer the question before your appointment than have you wondering.
