THE RESTORATION PROCESS

6 steps.
One clear difference.

Headlight restoration looks simple from the outside: cloudy lights go in, clearer lights come out. The difference comes from doing the prep right.

Here’s what actually happens when I restore your headlights.

WHY IT MATTERS

The cloudy layer has to be removed, not hidden.

A quick wipe or temporary coating might make headlights look better for a short time, but real restoration means working down the damaged surface, refining it, polishing it, and protecting it after.

THE 6 STEPS

No mystery.
Just a clean process.

01

Inspect & clean

I check the condition of the headlights, then clean the lens and surrounding area before any restoration work starts.

02

Remove oxidation

This is where the cloudy, yellowed, damaged layer starts coming off and the headlight begins to come back.

03

Refine the lens

The surface is refined so it gets smoother, clearer, and ready for polishing.

04

Polish for clarity

The headlight is polished back toward clarity and gloss. This is usually where the difference gets obvious.

05

Prep for protection

Any leftover residue is removed so the UV protection has a clean surface to bond to.

06

Protect

A UV protective layer is applied to help keep the restored lens clear for longer.

THE RESULT

A car can look way newer
without replacing the headlights.

The goal is to restore as much clarity as the condition of the lens allows, improve the look of the vehicle, and protect the finished surface from future sun damage.
